From quick help with information services to long-term support, Heritage helps adults 60+ at every step on their aging journey. Heritage services are available at no cost to consumers.

Heritage is a non-profit organization based in Cedar Rapids serving seven counties: Linn, Benton, Cedar, Iowa, Johnson, Jones and Washington.
