This campground is so clean and beautiful. I would love to live close by so I could use it more often. The fellow that checked us in and waited for us to get there give us a great spot very helpful. I would recommend anybody in this area that needs a campsite to stop therevery very reasonable price. KOA are out of my book way too expensive now.

Note - under new management. This was previously a mom and pop campground. During a recent stay we... well... hope they are in transition. The new group seems fee happy. If you check in before 3pm it'll cost you. Come before 12 and it cost more. There is a sign at check in about how much cigarette butts costs, trash in your fire ring costs, dog poop fees.... On and on. Prior to our stay, I received FOUR PAGES of rules. While there we got an email about fence fees, more than two dog fees, etc. I understand campers shouldn't do any of these things but it does not make for a welcoming place. The campground needs some TLC with grass throughout the RV pull ins. The roads need re-doing (issue with old owners), put put and other kid areas need updating. We never saw a staff member around the park, least we missed them. The small restroom was out of TP, hand towels and trash was overflowing. We had intermittent water pressure issues at our site but used our onboard pump. Life jackets for single paddle boat needs replacing. They do have Wi-Fi (no fee). Great potential here for an even nicer park - hope Beyonder carries through.

There is allot for the kids to do - playgrounds, sandbox, volleyball, splash pad, trampoline, put out, etc. They also have a small, stocked pond that many were fishing. Nice foundation in the center and free paddle boats. There is a small camp store with with what you may have forgotten. You can walk the park but not really any trails. The park is well maintained with a emphasis on kid safety. The shower house (1) has three, semi private showers, and three stalls. There is also a small modern restroom near the pond. Owners are helpful. The park is in Urbana, pretty much halfway between Cedar Rapids and Waterloo. They do take reservation - ours was in January for June!

A quick stop by on what was planned as a short stop on a longer trip. I woke up and found that I was in love with this place beautiful Rollinghills an amazing amount of family friendly activities and just extremely welcoming location. I wish this was our Destination and not just a stop. Pond and Creek, plenty of children's play activities, sand volleyball court, Paddleboats, gaga ball pit, disc golf course... this place has everything

This was one of our favorite last minute stops on the road! We arrived at 8:30 at night. The hostess promptly greeted us and got us set up at a nice pull through site. Set up was easy and quick, and thankfully there was a kids play train across from us that my 3 year old loved playing at while the men set up camp. We soon found a very nice bathroom with showers available for use. They were very clean and had easy access even for us women that are handicapped.

The only thing missing from this place is tall shade trees. There is so much for kids to do. Way more than a KOA and cheaper. Owners/staff very friendly. Sites big and spacious. Roads easy to navigate we have a 40 ft rv and we were towing our truck and had no problems. There is a nice pond.

This place rules! A true gem that had my kids, husband, mother in law & I very impressed. It felt like every where we turned there was something new to discover. They charged us $32 for full hookup and every activity was free! A cute mini golf course, paddle boats, spray park area, etcccc all INCLUDED! We couldn't believe it! Sad this place is so far from where we live! We wanted to stay longer than one night but had to be home by Saturday. Boo hoo

Great campground right off the freeway. Lots of large sites many are pull thru sites. Lots for the kids to do and everything is included in your nightly rate. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stop.

I stayed at the Lazy Acres RV park last summer. It was pretty quite the time we were there, not a lot of RV's, I would say about 30% full. It was a very nice blue sky day. The park was very clean, organized, and friendly. We really liked it a lot. If I am in the area again I would stay there again.

Great place. We were visiting family so we didn't get to use the pool or anything but the campground was nice except for not having hard surface sites for big campers. It's really nice though.
