Strength and Conditioning Summer Camp

These camps will focus on strength, power, mobility, flexibility, agility, and speed. They will also give athletes the competitive edge and readiness they need for the upcoming season. If you haven’t heard, our camps will also feature Kohawk athletes and Head Strength Coach, Stephen Vassalotti (Coach Vass). Be sure to sign up, you won’t find his valuable skills and insights on strengthening and conditioning anywhere else. Be sure your athletes bring athletic shoes, a towel, water bottle, and great attitudes!

ABOUT COACH VASS
My Name is Coach Vass and I am the current Head Strength Coach at Coe College. I Have been a collegiate strength coach for over a decade now with experience running summer youth camps since my college days. I'm excited for the opportunity to work with the Cedar Rapids Metro's younger population. This camp is designed for anyone who could be a first timer in the weightroom or looking to gain a competitive edge in the upcoming fall season. Get signed up today!

This exclusive farm-to-table dining experience celebrates two incredible milestones — the 20th season of the Cedar Rapids Downtown Farmers Market and the 10th Market After Dark.

Presented by Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust, this extraordinary birthday party promises an evening of live music and locally-sourced luxury. Guests will enjoy a one-hour cocktail hour, followed by a three-course meal curated and prepared by the acclaimed chefs from Cobble Hill, using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced directly from Downtown Farmers Market vendors.

Tickets for the event are $150/person. This event is limited to 21 years of age or older, and will include local brews, wine and spirits on site.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for tickets after June 1. In case of inclement weather, a rain date of July 28 has been identified.
