Foundation 2 is a non-profit human service agency that offers crisis prevention and intervention programs to people of all ages. We are committed to positive youth development, suicide prevention and helping build the foundation for stronger and healthier families and safer communities for everyone. Our services include a 24-hour crisis phone line, chat and text support, a youth shelter, independent living support for young adults, family counseling, support groups and Mobile Crisis Outreach.

Last week our agency moved into our new Foundation 2 Crisis Services Headquarters in downtown Cedar Rapids. As our CEO, I am so proud and my heartspace is full! Our teams are so worthy of this beautiful space as they continue to serve people of all ages, from all walks of life, who are in crisis across the state.
