Event Description:
For too many companies the dominant belief is that management doesn’t happen without managers. Dr. Patrick O'Leary will explore why we hold these mental models so dear and their perceived role in accomplishing tasks.
Learning outcomes include:
• Explore conceptualizations of "work" and "worker".
• Assess radically new models of organizing and reporting structures.
• Investigate how "post-managerial" companies address the issue of accountability.
