Event Description:
Come relax, restore, and renew this holiday
season with a 90-minute workshop consisting
of yin/relaxation yoga while receiving Reiki,
Reflexology or Singing Bowl Sound Therapy
by one of three practitioners to enhance
your experience. Class will conclude in an
extended savasana to the peaceful sounds of
Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Healing.
Please bring a mat and a towel for this
relaxation class. Registration required.
Program fee: $30.
