Event Description:
As the moon glows, illuminating the earth
and our Amazing Space at Indian Creek
Nature Center, join us for a yoga class
designed to bring balance to our hectic lives
by practicing in a way that is slower and more
reflective.
We will practice yoga for an hour or so, and
then provide ample time to relax fully in
savasana to the healing sound of a gong bath
played for you by Maria Dummermuth, yoga
instructor and Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound
healing practitioner.
This class is 90 minutes and is appropriate for
all levels. Please bring a yoga mat and towel
or blanket. Registration required. Program
fee: $20.
