Event Description: "With Whole Brain Thinking, your business will have an improvement process that does for people and the organization what Lean did for manufacturing and Agile did for technology."--Ned Hermann and Ann Hermann-Nehdi, The Whole Brain Business Book. Ann Hermann-Nehdi will conduct the September 14 session and, drawing on 30 years of brain research and current studies, will explore the connection between thinking preferences, performance and business results. She will show how to develop inclusive leadership that engages diverse thinking and encourages everyone to put their best thinking to work. On September 15, there will be 16 break-out sessions presented by experts and specialists in these four areas: Training & Development, Leadership, Performance Management and Interpersonal Skills.
