Event Description: The Village Cooperative of Cedar Rapids is having an Open House for the public on June 5, 2016 from 1:00-3:00 at 1230 English Lane NE in Cedar Rapids. Everyone is invited to come. We are an active, independent 55+ community. Cooperative housing means joint ownership and operation of a housing development by those who live in it. Cooperatives members elect a Board of Directors to monitor building operations, enabling the community to be operated at a reasonable cost. Cooperative housing combines the pride of ownership and the conveniences of community living. Our building offers features such as community rooms, guest suites, fitness center, underground parking with carwash and much more.
