Event Description:
There is something so lovely about listening to the wind rustle the tall grasses in the prairie on a hot summer day. Follow a naturalist through the prairie while we identify the native grasses growing there. Stop and listen to the life inside the grass. What animals or insects need these wavering plants to survive? Hiking attire and water bottle are encouraged. Pre-registration required. M $4; NM $6; Children 3-12: $2.
