Event Description:
A girl and a fish. A fork of the river. An impending environmental disaster. What happens when something or someone is about to disappear? Forever?
The Coe College Department of Theatre Arts will present this original work by one of Iowa's most highly regarded playwrights, many of whose works have been produced throughout the U.S. and the world. Written by Lisa Schlesinger and directed by Dennis Barnett, the Coe College Theatre Department presents "I Dreamed the Last Diamond Darter."
Production times are as follows: Feb. 5, 6, 11, 12 and 13 at 7:30 p.m.; Feb. 7 at 2 p.m. All performances will take place in the Dows Fine Arts Center. Tickets are $10 for general admission and $8 for students age 18 and younger and senior citizens age 55 and older. Tickets are available by calling the Coe College Box Office at 319-399-8600, Monday – Friday, 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Tickets may also be purchased at the door.
