Event Description: This is a program for highly motivated men and women who are ready to earn their leadership wings and create positive change. The Leadership Development Program includes eight group sessions, a 360-degree assessment from co-workers to help discover your personal leadership skills, and four one-on-one coaching sessions with Ginny. Develop a personal leadership action plan to create measurable change Gain insight into personal strengths and weaknesses to create a foundation for growth Enhance your ability to lead and communicate effectively. Make new business contacts and grow your support network. This program is focused on personal leadership with an introduction to organizational leadership. If you’re motivated to create change in your life and organization, this is the perfect group for you. Preregistration is required.
