Event Description: Czech Village/New Bohemia Main Street is partnering with area property owners to provide the community with an opportunity to learn more about what properties are available in the district. A tour of the properties will be held Wednesday, July 29 from 4 to 6 pm at various locations in Czech Village and New Bohemia. Representatives will be available to provide tours and answer questions pertaining to those properties. A survey and a market analysis were recently conducted to find out what kinds of businesses the community would like to see in the district. Many suggestions received included a kitchen shop, wine bar, and a bike shop, as well as a small scale grocery store, fitness facility, and much more. Volunteers are still needed to help with the tours. Those intersted can go to Volunteerlocal.com to sign up.
