Event Description:
Join Tim Palmer of Clover Hill Creations as he unlocks the secrets to great sourdough breads you can prepare in your own kitchen! Great sourdough baking starts, of course, with the starter – the essential component of great bread making. In this class you will create your own starter using wild yeasts, and learn how to bake a delicious loaf of rustic sourdough bread and outstanding focaccia!
Sourdough doesn’t stop with bread – we’ll also try sourdough pancakes and crispy sourdough onion rings (a real crowd pleaser!). You will leave this class with a container of your very own ready-to-use sourdough starter, so you can begin baking at home the very next day.
Cost is $15/person. Registration is required.
