Event Description: Tour de Cure is a national fundraising campaign put on by the American Diabetes Association. This year’s ride is on Saturday, June 27th beginning right here at Transamerica, C Street SW! This is a ride and not a race. We welcome participants of all skill levels and have 25 miles, 50 miles, and 75 mile routes. Every mile we ride we get closer to stopping the disease that affects 29 million people so join today! Registration Fee: $15 to register. Our fundraising goal for each participant is $200. All the funds stay local in Eastern Iowa which continues our effort to raise awareness about Diabetes through research, advocacy, and educational programs. You can expect a hearty breakfast, lunch, scenic routes, medical and on-course support, well-stocked rest stops and a finish line full of fun and activities.
