Event Description: The fourth annual CBS 2 Your Health Expo is set for Sunday, April 19 2015 at the DoubleTree Convention Complex in downtown Cedar Rapids, IA. The CBS 2 Your Health Expo is a vibrant celebration of healthy lifestyles in Eastern Iowa. Each year, 65 area health and wellness-related businesses and services join CBS 2 in educating the public about improving the quality of life through healthy options and opportunities.
