Event Description: Did you resolve to take better care of yourself in 2015? Noelle Holmes of Illuminations Healing Arts Center can help you feed your mind and spirit through guided meditation and bring about real change in the new year. Registration deadline is Tuesday, January 20, but space is limited so reserve your spot early. Contact the CRMA at 319.366.7503 or ethomas@crma.org to register. Cost is $10, for ages 13 and up.
