Event Description: On October 23-24, 2014, the award-winning Hawkeye Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) will be hosting a regional professional development conference, “Creating a World That Works Better, One Professional at a Time” at Mount Mercy University’s Graduate Center in Cedar Rapids, IA. This is the premier learning event for Eastern Iowa in 2014! The target audience is senior leaders, mid-level and front-line managers, individual contributors and professionals in all types of organizations (profit, non-profit and government) representing a diverse group of functional areas such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, Operations, Information Technology, Engineering, Project and Program Management, Facilities, Marketing and Sales.
