Event Description: The Cedar Rapids Civil Rights Commission (CRCRC), in partnership with We Create Here, is conducting a Fair Housing Video and Poster Contest. The poster contest is open to Cedar Rapids and Marion residents ages 5-18. The video contest is open to Cedar Rapids and Marion residents who are 18 and over. Prizes will be awarded to the winners chosen by a panel of judges and the community, and will be presented at an Awards Ceremony on Thursday, November 6th, 2014. The theme for this contest is "A Face for Fairness: Housing for All".
