Event Description: This is the first session of a four month program facilitated by Ginny Wilson-Peters of Integrity Integrated. The Leadership Development Program is ideal for highly motivated men and women who are ready to earn their leadership wings and create positive change. The program includes 8 group sessions, 4 one-on-one coaching sessions, and a leadership assessment to gain feedback from your boss, co-workers, and direct reports.
