Event Description: Help support the Cedar Rapids Multiple Sclerosis by eating at Pizza Ranch on May 5! Bring in the flyer and the money generated will be totaled and the organization will receive 15% of the proceeds from those flyers. Additionally, the tips that are left on the tables or put in the tip bucket that evening go entirely to this organization!
