Event Description:
Memory Care Support Group meeting
This month we have special guest, Elaine Eshbaugh, PhD, and Associate Professor of Gerontology, making the trip from Cedar Falls to share with us information on the following topics;
• Maximizing visits
• Letting go of guilt
• Avoiding conflict
In addition, Kelly Scanlon, RN and Dir. of Nursing at MeadowView will be on hand to answer questions about your loved one or to share tips on how to handle certain situations that arise. All are welcome so please pass this information along.
Directions:
From Edgewood Rd go East on F Ave NW approximately 1/2 block until you see three buildings in a row on your right. Meadowview is the first building with large lime stone pillars. No code is needed to enter. Meeting will be held in the front living room.
