Event Description: This is a leadership luncheon facilitated by Ginny Wilson-Peters of Integrity Integrated. Negotiation is not just for people in sales and purchasing. In this session we will discuss building trust, power rights, and interest-based approaches to negotiation. You will also have time to practice negotiating with other participants. At Kirkwood Training and Outreach Services, 3375 Armar Dr., Marion, from 11:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Cost is $60; includes lunch, program, materials and networking.
