Event Description: This is a leadership luncheon facilitated by Ginny Wilson-Peters of Integrity Integrated. Participants will learn to prepare themselves for difficult one-on-one conversations by acquiring the tools they need to face difficult moments with calm, confident communication to get the results they want. At Kirkwood Training and Outreach Services, 3375 Armar Dr., Marion, from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Cost is $35; includes lunch, program, materials and networking.
