Event Description: This series of workshops addresses some of the most important areas for effectively managing others is offered through Kirkwood Continuing Edcuation and facilitated by Sheila Schmidt. Managing Resistance to Change, Employee Engagement, Accountability & Performance Management, Conflict Resolution & Effective Communication, and Developing & Managing Effective Teams.
