Event Description: Description: This one-day workshop gives participants the opportunity to assess where they are today in their career development process through assessments and feedback tools. Participants will complete a self-assessment; receive results from a 270 feedback survey sent to colleagues; learn about passions, talents and organizational needs; learn about the 5 stages of engagement; and complete a written engagement plan. Cost: $299 (includes lunch, program, 270 survey, personal engagement plan)
