Event Description: Focus on the technical aspects of Web development as you understand and learn the basic technologies that integrate the Web browser and server into an organization's application environment. Assume responsibility for the design, development and delivery of successful Web-based solutions using technologies and languages. Tuition includes all textbooks. Classes include: Cascading Style Sheets/HTML I & II, Javascript, Perl Programming, Introduction to Apache Web Server, Supervised Lab 1, Introduction to PHP and MySQL, AJAX Web Applications, Supervised Lab 2, Website Development Project. This certificate program will meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for 42 sessions.

Kirkwood Community College is located near the intersection of I-380 and Highway 30, on the southern edge of Cedar Rapids.
