People’s attitudes are among the most dynamic, rapidly changing factors affecting work, personal relationships and their own performance. So, what is the difference that makes a difference? Very simply put, high level achievers control and maintain great attitudes more consistently than their underperforming counterparts. In this session, peak performance coach Colin Williams will guide participants through a series of positive mental attitude lessons that are understood and applied by champions from all walks of life.
