Event Description:
Have you recently been promoted to management or transferred to a new management position within your organization? This seminar will introduce total quality management, outsourcing, sustainability, understanding internal cultures and other relevant management topics. You’ll also discuss many of the topics covered in a collegiate organization management course, look at the ethical basis of management concepts and the current trends, and take part in an in-class case study designed to help you think outside the box when presented with new challenges.
