Event Description: Award-winning author Benjamin Percy will visit Mount Mercy University on Thursday, April 12. A question and answer session will be held at 3:30 p.m. A reading of Percy’s work will take place at 7:00 p.m. Both events, held in Flaherty Community Room in Basile Hall, are free and open to the public. Seating may be limited. Percy is the author of “The Wilding,” “Refresh, Refresh,” and “The Language of the Elk.” He is the recipient of the Whiting Award, the Plimpton Prize, and his work has been featured in “Best American Short Stories.”
