Event Description: Learn the value of formal project management through hands-on class activities. This session provides an overview of a formal project management system that provides structure for delivering a project within established project objectives: cost, time, scope and performance. Learn the relationship between the project life cycle knowledge areas and key processes, understand project control and its relationship to the project plan, and learn how to close-out a project. Cost: $119.
