This presentation will explore issues involving the use of temporary employees in the workplace. What exposure do employers have under state workers’ compensation laws, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), and other state and federal regulations?
Presented by Katrina Nysyrom, Esq. of Scheldrup Blades.
Ms. Nystrom is an associate of Scheldrup Blades in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where she practices in the areas of workers’ compensation, civil litigation, immigration, employment law, family law, real estate and contract law.
