The Leadership for Five Seasons College Program is a way for companies to engage their summer interns/co-ops on a broader community level and engage them outside of the organization.  Building our leadership pipeline is critical and as we prepare students to enter the community, we must give them the tools to be successful.

Students learn about four aspects of personal/community leadership: Personal Leadership, Business and Economy in the Region, Community Effectiveness (judicial, non-profit, health/human services, and government), and Quality of Life (recreation, culture and education). 

Students are to be nominated and registered by their respective employer.  Stay tuned for the 2013 session dates.
