Our COO Nick did two Murph workouts yesterday to raise money for Wounded Heroes.
Year number two of doing two Murph workouts to raise money for Wounded Heroes on Memorial Day. My 41-year-old body is very sore today, but with that soreness comes a sense of gratitude for all the men and women who have given their lives in service of our great country. I pushed myself hard during the workouts and was thinking about a high school classmate Army Capt. Daniel Whitten who died in Afghanistan on February 2, 2010. And I want to thank my good friend Jesse Sage for all the great work he does with Wounded Heroes. It was an honor to run my second Murph of the day with him and push each other. My times were a little slower than last year, but I still think I did ok at 34:25 for the first and 37:10 for the second.
