Established on this day in 1941, the USO was created to lift morale and mobilize support for America’s military as the probability of our involvement in WWII grew more evident. Bringing together six esteemed organizations – the Salvation Army, YMCA, YWCA, National Catholic Community Services, National Travelers Aid Association, and the National Jewish Welfare Board – the USO has continued to serve those who serve us. With 250 centers worldwide, the USO remains committed to supporting Veterans through education, communication, delivering essential resources and more.

In-person classes begin on January 13 at Riverside Casino & Golf Resort®, with Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort® remote sessions starting as early as January 2.
