Eastern Iowa's Professional Flooring & Interior Design Company

Randy's Flooring has served Eastern Iowa since 1976. We have grown into the largest flooring and window treatment retailer in eastern Iowa by standing by our work and serving our customers on a personal, one-on-one basis. We have one of the largest showrooms in Iowa with access to essentially any flooring, tile and window treatment anyone could want. We are community-oriented and known state wide. We have in-house designers to help with design decisions. We have some employees who have been with the company over 35 years! We mostly serve Eastern Iowa, but really all of Iowa! We carry Hunter Douglas and Graber window fashions, plus Shaw, Mohawk, Karastan, and Metropolitan Hardwoods! Our Shaw Products include: Anso, Caress, Clearly Chic, ClearTouch, COREtec, EverTouch, R2X Stain Remover and Tuftex. People shop with us because of our Dependability, Loyalty, Premier Selection & Price, Warranty On Installations, and Amazing Staff! We have a design center were we can digitally aid you in making design decisions! Because we’re employee-owned, we can act quickly to make decisions and help you get what you need. Each employee is a Randy's Flooring owner; we’re dedicated to excellent customer service and satisfaction. With two premier Corridor locations in Cedar Rapids and Coralville, and an in-home shopping service, we are never far away. It is our goal to insure Randy's Flooring is around another 45 years, and we will continue to improve on all aspects of our business.

Tile ordered with a 2-week delivery estimate. At two weeks, I called three times and left phone messages asking when I could pick-up the tile (did not receive any return phone call). I called a fourth time and was told the tile was 'on the truck' coming in later in the day so I planned to pick-up the tile the next morning. That evening, I received a text message that the tile was delayed and would take "approximately" 2 additional weeks to arrive.

The installer was awesome. I am kind of disappointed that Randys only sent one installer. It was a huge project and we had a tight schedule to adhere to as we had another contractor that had to work after the install and it kind of pushed him back. We thought a team of installers was gonna come in and we only got one guy! He was awesome though and he worked his butt off! He stayed late into the evenings and when he got overwhelmed he was able to call another guy in, but that was only for a few hours. The quality of the work was great and i have nothing but good things to say about the installer. I am just a little disappointed in Randys in how they kind of left him on an island on his own for such a big project with a short timeline. We thought a team of guys were gonna come in and knock out the project in a couple days and instead this poor guy was stuck working until almost Friday. It put my other contractor on a shorter timeline and that was disappointing.

I've always used Randy's Carpets as long as I lived in this house while raising my children. For this particular project, I was replacing carpet in advance of listing my home on the real estate market. As always, the sales staff were knowledgeable, friendly, made a great recommendation for a carpet with a transferable warranty, and provided a great price. Installation was done on time and the place looked fantastic. It felt so soft to walk on, but I'm afarid we didn't get to enjoy it for very long as my house sold very quickly.

As someone who has used a wide variety of products it is reassuring to be able to rely on your vendor for the in depth pros and cons of certain types of flooring. Troy knows more about wood floors than anyone I've ever met. Highly recommend them!

My experience with Randy's Carpets & Interiors was wonderful. From the start, Stephanie helped me find flooring that was near my budget and something different. It gives my kitchen/living room area a whole new look. Mike, who did the installation, did a fabulous job. He suggested moving my island (which I didn't even knew could be) so I'd have more room around it, which I love. He even touched up the floor baseboards with a new coat of paint which I was sure I'd have to do myself. Being a first time homeowner with this being my first installation of any kind, they sure set the mark high. Thanks again to Randy's Carpets and Interiors! I'd definitely recommend them to a friend.

Very satisfied with the services we received at Randy's. Jessica was instrumental in helping us narrow our choices. Once we chose what we wanted we communicated via email and she handled everything efficiently and professionally. The men who came to lay the carpeting (Kyle & Chad?) were polite, clean and got the job done in a timely manner. They even cleaned the carpeting with a vacuum when they were finished! Very, very happy with everything :)

I went to Randy's carpets after a frozen water pipe burst and flooded my first floor. They provided amazing service! Jessica helped me to quickly select a carpet that works well with children and pets. In addition, they were very helpful in working with my insurance company. I highly recommend Randy's carpets and will be returning when I'm ready to re-carpet the upstairs.
